The National AIDS Control Council is responsible for ensuring adequate resources are mobilized for the HIV response. To sustain the response, NACC promotes aid effectiveness principles and the reduction of new HIV infections to end AIDS as a public health threat in Kenya. The promotion of interventions to increase knowledge of HIV status remains a key priority for ensuring people living with HIV have access to treatment care and support. The NACC brings together stakeholders to forecast and identify needs and mobilizes resources from both internal and external sources.
