Joshua is an epidemiologist, Monitoring and Evaluation specialist with over 20 years of experience in Health sector. He has led extensive Research, Monitoring and Evaluation programmes for Reproductive Health, Infection Prevention and Control, HIV response, Strategic Planning, Capacity development, planning and implementation of health care service delivery with the Government, Regional and Global Agencies. Joshua holds a Masters degree in Public Health and Epidemiology and currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy Program in Epidemiology.
