Hon William Samoei Ruto, PHD, CGH, President of the republic of Kenya New Layer What has happened in the health sector over four years is the largest redistribution of health resources in the history of this Republic, moving access from those with connections to those with need. Hon. Aden Duale, Cabinet Secretary for Health.
