REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TENDER NOTICE

The National Syndemic Diseases Control Council invites bids from eligible bidders to Consultancy services to develop, edit and design information, education and communication (IEC) materials: digital (visual, audio-visual), braille and print for HIV prevention (Lenacapavir)

Bidding documents will be downloaded from https:/ www.nsdcc.go.ke Candidates may obtain further information/clarification by sending an email to procurement@nsdcc.go.ke.

Completed bid documents (as detailed in the tender document) shall be submitted physically to tender box located on 2nd floor at the address provided below on or before Tuesday 3rd February 2026, 11.00 a.m. Opening of the tenders will take place immediately thereafter at a venue as will be directed by the C.E.O. Bidders or their representatives will attend the opening exercise at wish.

Any tender that is not in compliance or submitted late shall be disqualified.
