Ms. Khatra Ali

Khatra Ali is highly influential in Kenya’s health sector, currently serving as the Director of Health at the Council of Governors. A registered community health nurse, she holds a master’s degree in Community Health Development. With over 25 years of experience as a community health specialist, she has been advocating for advancement of health devolution in Kenya.
