Alternate to the PS, Ministry of Health

Director Ntabo is a seasoned expert in Public Administration and Strategic Management, with a distinguished career spanning several decades in the public service. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Strategic Management) from Mount Kenya University, an Executive MBA from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Literature from the University of Nairobi. In addition to his academic qualifications, Director Ntabo has undergone extensive professional training in Conflict Management, Leadership, Business Process Reengineering, and Public Policy Analysis, among other areas. He is also a member of the Kenya Association of Public Administrators (KAPAM).

Currently serving as the Director of Administration in the State Department for Medical Services within the Ministry of Health, Director Ntabo brings a wealth of experience in strategic management and public policy implementation. He has previously served as Director of Administration in several key ministries, including the Ministry of Labour, the Ministry of Cooperatives, and the Ministry of Devolution. Throughout his career, Director Ntabo has held various Senior Leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officer of the Rent Restriction Tribunal (2007), District Commissioner, County Secretary in both Kisii and Nyamira Counties, and as a Board Member of the Kenya Forestry Service and the National Council for Children Services.

His exemplary service and leadership continue to contribute significantly to the advancement of public administration and the effective delivery of government services in Kenya.
