Mr. Tom Ayieko Okundi

Mr. Okundi holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Nairobi and a postgraduate diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. With over 28 years of experience in private legal practice, he specializes in various areas, including civil litigation, conveyancing, commercial law, insurance, and arbitration. Throughout his career, he has represented a diverse clientele, including insurance companies, banks, embassies, non-governmental organizations, individuals, and various business ventures.
As a member of the Law Society of Kenya, the East African Law Society, and the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Okundi is actively engaged in professional and business communities. He is currently the Managing Partner of Okundi & Co. Advocates.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Okundi has served as an independent Board Member and Trustee of the Kenya National Entrepreneurs Savings Trust (KNEST), where he chaired the committee on Investments, Strategy, and Benefits and was a member of the Audit and Risk Committee. His extensive experience and leadership roles highlight his commitment to the legal profession and community development.
