The County Government of Migori has awarded the National Syndemic Diseases Control Council (NSDCC) a trophy in recognition of its continued support and strategic partnership in the End the Triple Threat campaignโtargeting adolescent pregnancies, new HIV infections, and sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV).
The award was presented during a courtesy call to Deputy Governor H.E. Dr. Joseph Mahiri. Director Tom Okundi received the trophy on behalf of NSDCC, accompanied by fellow Directors James Ntabo, Patrick Macharia, and Jeniffer Ngโangโa.
The event was supported by the Department of Special Programs under the Kambi ya Vijana 2024 initiative, which aims to empower youth and strengthen community resilience.
