OPEN TENDER INVITATION NOTICE

The National Syndemic Diseases Control /council invites bids from eligible bidders for Consultancy services to conduct an assessment and develop monitoring tools for HIV/TB Human Rights Violations in Humanitarian Settings.

Bidding documents will be downloaded free of charge from https:// www.nsdcc.go.ke Candidates may obtain further information/clarification by sending an email to procurement@nsdcc.go.ke.

Completed bid document (as detailed in the tender document) shall be submitted physically to tender box located on 2nd floor at the address provided below on or before Wednesday 6th May 2026 at 11.00am.  Opening of the tenders will take place immediately thereafter at a venue as will be directed by the C.E.O.  Bidders or their representatives may attend the tender opening as they may wish.

Any tender that is not in compliance or submitted late shall be disqualified.
